A Sonic Farewell To PIL

Play. Nourish. Ground. Join us in the last hurrah!

Get ready for an epic multi-sensory wellness experience like no other! Amanda Ling, Jean Reiki, and Dr. Foo are taking over the Well-Commune pop-up space for a one-of-a-kind collaboration. These three wellness practitioners and facilitators are known for their innovative use of sound healing and therapeutic applications in their sound based workshops.

Say goodbye to the PIL building in style as we celebrate with a two-hour journey through a creative, multi-sensory soundscape.

We'll start with a guided mindful eating experience that will awaken your taste buds and nourish your soul. Then, get ready for a high-vibrational art and sound workshop that will take you to new heights of consciousness with a community mandala wall painting experience with vinyl art. Through this collaborative act of painting, we let go of stress and anxiety, and embrace the present moment through art. As each of us add our own unique touches to this mandala, we reflect our personal wellness, the interconnectedness of all things while also contributing to a larger vision of wellness and community.

This collaborative ‘Art on Vinyl’ project conceived by Vinyl Pasar - Mandala Art Meditation on vinyl records is a form of upcycling that combines the three Sonic artists - Amanda Ling, Dr Foo & Jean Reiki’s expression with environmental sustainability.

As the night progresses, we'll shift into a more ambient, grounding vibe, allowing you to find inner peace and serenity.

This is a rare chance to experience the healing power of sound frequencies in a new integrated way. Get your tickets now and join us for a night of wellness and to bade PIL a sonic farewell together.

Embodied Women’s Circle

This embodied women’s circle facilitates the intuitive wisdom of our mind, body and breath to re-connect, nurture and embrace: both to ourselves and to one another.

The circles are open to all women, regardless of background. The structure of each session will vary each month, but will include connection-based elements such as meditation, creative art, breathwork, sharing as a group, therapeutic and creative exercises in small groups or pairs, and yoga, dance or movement (no experience or fitness level necessary, but wear clothes you’re comfortable to move in).

The circle offers space for women to connect, share, grow, and reflect in a safe, nourishing, and non-judgemental environment. The aim of the circles is to facilitate self-inquiry about how we relate to ourselves, each other and the wider world, and to learn from one another and lift each other up.
